About ICNFA 2015

Nanomaterials are corner stones of nanoscience and nanotechnology that has become one of the fast developing fields of research in the past few decades. Nanotechnology is the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale. It has a multidisciplinary nature with tremendous potential to create new materials and devices with a wide range of applications, and has prompted the collaboration between researchers in previously disparate areas to share knowledge, tools and techniques.

The great variety of nanomaterials and their range of properties have paved the way for various applications from extraordinary tiny electronic devices, including miniature batteries for biomedical use, and as packaging films, superabsorbants, components of armor, and parts of automobiles. Nano particles are of great scientific interest as they are effectively the bridge between bulk materials and atomic or molecular structures. The impact of this cutting-edge technology has become so much more evident, especially in the arenas of medicine, industry, environment, agriculture, power, construction and so forth, where it has revolutionized the very face of the sectors.

The International Conference on Nanomaterials for Frontier Applications aims to bring together academic scientists, leading engineers, industry researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of nanomaterials and their applications, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. International Conference on Nanomaterials for Frontier Applications will have distinguished speakers from around the world who will throw light on a wide range of topics of contemporary importance in science, engineering and technology of nanomaterials.
